A released statement of condemnation on the Myanmar military’s offensive attack against members of the Northern-Alliance (Burma) and innocent civilians under the targeted attack

It has been a long time that civil war conflicts between the Myanmar military and the revolutionary-armies of Kachin, KoKang, Ta’ang (Palaung) and Arakanese, members of the Northern-Alliance (Burma), have been erupting in Northern Burma and Arakan. In addition to the restarting of their waging offensive war for more than two months since 14 November 2017, the fact that the Myanmar’s army has continued ground attacks and air-strikes, heavy fighting in Kachin state has been intensifying till now whilst numbers of internally displaced persons are also being mounted.

The Myanmar’s army has continued committing gross human rights violations, war crimes, unlawful detention of civilians and extra-judicial killings, along with its intensified offensive attacks. Although each non-Burman national revolutionary organizations have reiteratively condemned such fascist-acts by releasing statements, the Myanmar’s army has been carrying on its committing crimes till now in disrespect of any organizations including international community.

Farmers, civilians and cross-border migrants are being killed and injured in the non-battle-fields area along China-Myanmar, Bangladesh-Myanmar and India-Myanmar borders that the Myanmar’s army has implanted landmines. Therefore, it has seriously damaged gross national income and border-trade.

Furthermore, we strongly condemn the Myanmar’s army military aggravated assaults that Churches in villages were hit by mortars and artillery, innocent civilians were shot and killed, villages have been bombarded by fighter-jets including shooting with machine-guns, using IDPS as human-shields, and using chemical bombs attacks.

All peoples of Myanmar are informed that “Myanmar peace building process will never be achieved” because the offensive attacks of the Myanmar’s army in the territories of non-Burman peoples and their military aggression are a strong resemblance to escalate the flame of civil war.
The Northern-Alliance (Burma) will be consolidated and cooperated for the best in defensive warfare to fight against the hostility of Burman racist army if they do not stop their offensive attacks.
